Are transfers included?

Transfers are provided for all delegates flying into Alicante or Murcia Airport on Sunday 21 May 2017, and departing on Wednesday 24 May 2017. Any delegates arriving or departing outside of these dates are required to secure their own transfer.

Is accommodation before and after the Conference available?

Pre or Post event accommodation can be arranged at our exclusive Conference rate. Please liaise directly with Commercial.

What is the dress code throughout the Conference?

Will WiFi be available at the venue?

Wireless/high speed internet is offered complimentary to all Conference Delegates.

Will there be a Porterage Service at the hotel?

Yes, Porterage Service is charged at €3 per bedroom.

How will personal charges be managed?

All guests will be responsible for their own incidental expenses. All charges incurred are to be settled by the individual guests on departure. A credit card will need to be provided upon check in, so that personal charges can be made throughout the stay.

What if I have made a reservation and cancel before departure?

If you cancel before departure, a cancellation charge will apply.

How long will the transfer take?

Alicante will be approx 1 hour, Murcia approx 20 mins.

Is there a doctor at La Manga Club?

The Doctor is located at the Medical Centre next to the Telephone Exchange. Surgery hours will be contained in the information pack in your accommodation. If you need to see a doctor and make a claim against your holiday insurance ensure you request a receipt of all payments made.

Is there a chemist at La Manga Club?

There are 2 chemists at La Manga Club, one in La Plaza close to the tennis centre and other just off Bellaluz Square. The chemist at Bellaluz Square is also dispensary chemist and is open 7 days a week (Sunday mornings only).

Where is the nearest hospital?

The nearest hospital to La Manga Club is at Cartagena, approximately 20 minutes away.

Is there a dentist in La Manga Club?

There is an English speaking dentist practice on La Manga Club. If you need to make an appointment with the dentist whilst you are on holiday, contact the dentist via the internal phone system.

Are credit cards accepted at La Manga Club?

All major credit cards are accepted at La Manga Club. All restaurants and bars on the resort will accept all major credit cards. You can also use credit cards to pay for golf and tennis.

Are there any cash point machines or ATMs at La Manga Club?

There are several cash point machines and ATMs located at the Club. There are cash points at La Plaza, Bellaluz Square and the main road of La Manga Club. La Manga Club also has a few Spanish banks situated on the Club. You may be required to show your passport for any over the counter bank transactions.

Are towels included in my La Manga Club accommodation?

Bath towels are provided in your La Manga Club accommodation. You will need to take your own beach or pool towels.

Is there a safe at La Manga Club?

Most of the self catering villas and apartments at La Manga Club do not have a deposit safe boxes. If, on arrival, you find that the property has a safe, please refer to your Management Company, who will be able pleased to arrange for you to access the safe during your stay. For guests staying at the hotel you will have access to a safe.

Does my property have a hair dryer?

Your accommodation at La Manga Club should have a hair dryer, but if a hair dryer is an essential item for you, we would recommend that you take your own hair dryer just in case.

What can I do with any free time I may have?

1.    Crazy Golf and Pitch and Putt at La Manga Club

In addition to three championship golf courses at La Manga Club it also boasts two fun golf courses for both adults and children alike to enjoy.

The crazy golf and the pitch and putt golf courses are both centrally located close to the tennis centre area. The crazy golf is purely for fun, whereas the scenic Par 47 pitch and putt course will certainly test your short golf game skills, which is complete with bunkers and water hazards.

2.    Health and Beauty Salon at La Manga Club

Health and Beauty Salon at La Manga Club comprises of a Wellness Centre, complete with Beauty Salon, 13 treatment rooms, including couples rooms, with deluxe spa suites, spacious gymnasium and state of the art fitness studio, jacuzzis, saunas, steam rooms and indoor swimming pool.

There are a wide range of treatments that are designed to soothe, revitalise and pamper you, redressing the balance of both body and mind and achieving a truly incomparable sense of well-being. The skilled therapists at the Beauty Salon are on hand to guide and advise you and will help you create the perfect spa programme for you.

3.    Golf Academy at La Manga Club

La Manga Club is recognised as one of Europe’s leading golf resorts. It has three superb 18 hole courses, fantastic practice facilities and a mild, sunny climate all year round. The Golf Academy is sure to improve your game, whatever standard you are, from a total beginner to a tour professional. The sessions include traditional teaching methods from the team of experienced PGA qualified golf instructors and the Club also has the very latest in digital coaching technology, which will give you the opportunity of closely examining any faults in your game.

4.    Squash courts at La Manga Club

There is one squash court at La Manga Club which is located within the tennis centre complex. The squash court is a glass backed squash court. Contact tennis reception to hire the squash court, which can be hired per 30 minutes. You may also hire squash racquets and squash balls from the tennis centre reception.

5.    Tennis at La Manga Club in Spain

Tennis at La Manga Club in Spain. The tennis centre at La Manga Club is renown throughout Europe as one of the best of its kind. There are 29 tennis courts with all different types of tennis court surfaces available.

6.    Can I hire a bike at La Manga Club?

Bike hire is available through the La Manga Activity Centre. There are some great bike routes in and around La Manga Club to suit all levels of ability. During certain times of year the activity centre organises some escorted bike hire rides.
